In Helena’s Words…

Helena Bray“What I love about being a yoga teacher is that I change people’s lives. Many who do not practice Yoga believe that it is all about stretching to increase
flexibility. Yes, you will become more flexible but because it is a mind, body and spirit discipline, much more will happen. Yoga is a path to find the inner teacher within that will guide you to be the best you can be. How does this happen? By faithfully practicing Yoga postures and breathing techniques. You can begin to practice at any age because you do not have to be able to do advanced or difficult poses to get results. Students who started a yoga practice to become more flexible are amazed as their practice develops because so much more happens. They find serenity and peace within themselves—even in today’s busy world. Yoga will increase your sense of well being — GUARANTEED!”
