Yoga During A Pandemic

Back in April 2020,when I started to teach Yoga on Zoom, I certainly did not anticipate how much I would enjoy teaching virtually or what a wonderful connection the classes would become to the “outside world.”  These classes seem to be working for the students as well.  Here are some of their comments:

“…although remote, the teacher’s engagement makes you feel as if you are having the luxury of a personal yoga lesson in the comfort of your own home. It is so much easier for me to commit to one hour on Zoom in my bedroom than adding in the additional time for packing up and driving to and from a class.”  Virginia M
