Motion is Lotion

One of my favorite sayings is “motion is lotion.”  Part of our Yoga practice should be mindfulness of including movement off of the yoga mat as well as on.  It is easy to increase our movements and therefore our flexibility and agility.  How?  Don’t park “on top of the door.”  Do take the stairs.  Clean the house (not my favorite).  Walk the dog.  Hang the clothes to dry out in the fresh air (does anyone do this anymore?).   Just keep moving!  And when you are ready for your yoga mat, here are a couple of upcoming workshops.
