Yoga Nidra Workshop

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for attending the workshop on Saturday afternoon. I hope that each of you were able to move toward that place of balance, healing and deep rest. Remember the recipe for Yoga Nidra: Select an intention and revisit throughout the practice, quiet the body, slow the breath, scan the body, sprinkle with some imagery if you like, rest and re-enter. As with any recipe, feel free to change or adapt to what works best for you and always remember that it is a practice! It is as much an art as a science so feel free to be creative and explore.
